- Investigar la influencia de los factores relacionados con el cirujano y las rutinas clínicas en la elección del autoinjerto en la reconstrucción primaria del ligamento cruzado anterior (ACLR).
- En la gran mayoría de los casos se usó un autoinjerto de tendón de los isquitibiales (HT), pero los autoinjertos de PT (tendón rotuliano)/QT (tendón del cuádriceps) fueron usados con mayor frecuencia por cirujanos experimentados. Investigaciones anteriores han demostrado diferencias significativas en las características del autoinjerto. Por esta razón, los pacientes podrían beneficiarse si la cirugía es realizada por cirujanos más experimentados.
